Although Alan is pretty much equally spacey on every day of the week, most everyone can relate to having negative experiences on a Monday, so Monday it is.  Alan is so weird, his true stories often have to be altered quite a bit in order to become relatable to the general public. 

A side effect of this truth of Alan’s life is that we typically don’t see a lot of strips about dating.  There are some things that are just too pitiful to be considered remotely funny.  Hopefully the vast majority of the general public has him beat on this topic.

So enjoy your day as much as a Monday can be enjoyed and rest assured that we will twist and censor Alan’s life into a form that can be made into yet another comic strip for Wednesday.
