Okay, so my brother Zif is supposedly the pride of the family but he doesn’t seem capable of winning any awards for stupendous mental accomplishment. Trust me, brains aren’t always necessary to appear head and sholders above the rest, just a little charisma and self-confidence, perhaps. Of course, in Zif’s case, self-confidence can easily be confused with a lack of knowing any better not to have it. Hey, just a heads-up about a podcast I ran across today. Rock guitar legend Phil Keaggy has been busy lately producing his own musical podcast showcasing his own music and that of professional peers. In the latest episode, which runs right about an hour, music of Rex Paul, Eric Johnson, Cheri Keaggy and others are shared and all of it is simply outstanding. If you enjoy masterful guitar-playing, accoustic and otherwise, you owe it to yourself to check this one out, trust me.
