Email Virus

Day 2 of the famous Exchange Server Fiasco. Whatever will we do.  Just in case there may be some confusion over the last panel, that’s a trojan virus.  But really I guess a Trojan wouldn’t be leading a Trojan horse around, would he?  Unless he was leading it into Troy.  But now I think I’m over-analyzing.

What a great game yesterday eh?  Or at least a great first quarter of a game.  ;)  Didn’t win any money over it, so I have to take my satisfaction from knowing that Peyton Manning now has a Superbowl ring.  That’s pretty spiffy!

And now the football season is over.  *sniff*  No more weekend showdowns.  No more fantasy rosters.  Until next fall.  And now, a moment of silence.

OK, well anyway.  It was a busy weekend.  My sister-in-law invited my family to go to the McCall Winter Carnival with her and her boys.  Unfortunately, my wife had to work, but I brought my girls along because I’ve never been and have wanted to for the past 15 years or so.  If you’ve never been, let me just encourage you, if you’re thinking of taking 4 small children up for the day, reconsider.  Hoo boy.  My younger daughter got very tired quickly and we had to walk a good deal of the length of the main street back to the van with her crying the whole way.  And the sidewalks were caked with ice.  So it was not an easy walk and I gave the bumper-to-bumper traffic thru town a pretty entertaining show trying to keep my feet under me.  But we really did have a fun time before that point.  :)  And once we got to the warm van, the kids perked up pretty quickly again.  Got some good pictures of the snow sculptures, so I’ll post them soon.

Have a happy Monday!!

My office staff is getting a kick out of the Exchange Server Fiasco. Really, when are you going to publish the first year studies book of Stranger Things. humm.

As for Football ending..it’s ok, NASCAR is up and running now…oh yea baby! Some Nascar on the 360, then some real life action. Then more on the 360. SWEET

That’s too funny, Brian. I hadn’t even thought of that. Brian and I have a mutual good friend who games by the handle “Trojan” which, as you can imagine, leads to many the witty comment at LAN parties.

Hmmm, First Year book eh. I know, I know. To bo honest you and one other person are the only ones who have expressed interest in that. To me, most of my older material is kind of strange, but hopefully I’m my own worst critic. I view most of it as…well forgotten. But there are some that I’m pretty proud of. I guess I figured that if ever the site started getting a lot of traffic, someday I could put a book like that together and sell it as “Hey, check out my first attempts” type of thing. I might even do some new ones to wrap up the “Roswell Potty Break” storyline that just ended when I quit Comics Sherpa. It’s no good having a dangling storyline. :D Hey, then I could connect the Sherpa strips to the Full Tilt era strips plot-wise…Hmmm….this could be good…

    And the wheels start turning
