Randall posted this in the comments of Monday’s comic, but I wanted to make a separate post for it.

Christian rock pioneer Larry Norman passed away Sunday, February 24.  He was the author of “Why Should the Devil Have All the Good Music,” and “I Wish We’d All Been Ready” just to name a couple well-loved songs.

He was more than a musician and songwriter, he was an icon in Christian culture and he will be greatly missed. It is a tragic day for us, but I believe it to be the one that fulfills the hope of his life.

His website has details of a public memorial service which will be held in Turner, OR.
