Everything?
Apparently they don’t have everything yet.
I just read a news article about the 2011 budget the Pres sent to the Hill today. His deficit is 1.4 Trillion for the budget, and that will cover all optional expenses. The rest is to cover US obligations (SS, Interest & debt payments, etc). Apparently there’s still a bunch of stuff they haven’t taken over yet.
